We install aerobic, conventional, low-pressure dosing and drip septic systems for homes, businesses, barns and event venues. System type and capacity are determined by the engineered design based on soil conditions, available space and expected usage. North Texas black clay and limited drainage can make aerobic septic systems a common option for properties in this area.
Our septic installation services include the tank, piping, pump and electrical components when required, excavation, backfill and final grading. All new septic tank installations include a one-year warranty.

Do you build house pads in Celina, Anna and Melissa?
Yes. House pad construction is our most requested service alongside septic, and the corridor north of McKinney is where we build most of them. Pads are built from the plan sheet in compacted lifts of low-PI select fill and finish graded for the foundation.
My lot in Anna is not on city sewer. What are my options?
A septic system. We install aerobic, conventional, low pressure dosing and drip systems. On the clay in this area, aerobic is common, but the soil, the space and the size of the system decide it. Every system needs an engineered design, a permit and a final inspection from the local governing authority.
Can you do the clearing, the pad, the septic and the driveway together?
Yes. On a new lot those are usually one contract with the same crew, in that order, so nothing waits on another trade.
