Every septic system is sized for the property, expected usage and site conditions. We handle the excavation, tank installation, trenching, backfill and final grading, so the entire installation is completed by one crew.
System types
The right septic system depends on the property's soil conditions, required system capacity and available space. We install four types of septic systems based on the needs of the site.
An aerobic system adds air to the treatment tank so the waste breaks down further before the treated water goes out through a sprinkler system or drip lines. It uses a pump and an aerator, so it needs an electrical hookup and regular maintenance. It is the system that fits when the soil will not absorb water well or the space is tight.
A septic tank feeding a gravity drain field, also called a leach field. No pump, no aerator, fewer parts to service. It depends on soil that absorbs water and on having enough room for the field, which is why the soil and the available space get looked at first.
A pump sends measured doses of effluent through small diameter lines laid in shallow trenches, spreading it evenly across the field instead of letting gravity pick a low spot. Used where a conventional field would not perform.
Pressurized drip tubing laid shallow across the disposal area, releasing treated effluent slowly through emitters. Works on sites with limited space or shallow soil where a standard field will not fit.
Aerobic systems
The ground across Collin County is mostly black clay. It holds water instead of letting it through, and a drain field that depends on the soil absorbing effluent can struggle in it. That is why septic system installers working north of Dallas may recommend an aerobic unit for a clay lot. The right system still depends on the property, soil evaluation and site requirements.
An aerobic system treats the water before it leaves the tank, so the disposal area does not have to do the work the clay cannot. The tradeoff is more equipment: a pump, an aerator, a control panel and spray heads or drip lines that need to be looked at on a schedule. We install the system, and we handle the ongoing maintenance on it.
Pricing
Every septic install is quoted after a site visit, because the property sets the price. These are the factors that move it, and what the number covers.
Our price for a septic tank install includes furnishing and installing the septic tank, the piping for the leach field or sprinkler system, the pump system with its wiring, and the excavation and dirt work needed to put the system in and return the grade to the state it was in before work began.
Two things come from other trades. The building plumber provides the outflow sewage pipe that we connect the septic system to. The building electrician provides the wiring and conduit for an electrical hookup at the septic system location to power the pump control box. Those are not in our number.

The process
Four stages. You know what is happening at each one.
Send the property address and any plan sheets. We come out, walk the site with you and look at the soil, how much space is available for the system, and how many people will use it. Those three things decide which system types are possible on the lot and what size the system needs to be.
Every septic system requires an engineered design by a licensed septic engineer. The design is reviewed and approved by the local governing authority for the property, and that authority issues a permit before installation can begin. Once the design and permit are in hand, you get a written price and a contract for the scope.
The crew mobilizes, excavates for the tank, sets it, lays the piping for the field or the sprinkler system, installs the pump system and its wiring, and backfills. The same crew regrades the disturbed ground back to the state it was in before work began, so nothing sits in a low spot over the tank.
The local governing authority inspects and approves the finished system before the building owner can put it into use. After that, the septic tank installation is covered by our one year warranty. That warranty applies to septic tank installations only.
