What We Did
We cut the hill down and flattened the run of the driveway, then raised the grade on the low end by a few feet with fill placed and compacted in lifts so it stays stable at any height.
The cut and fill area was compacted with a smooth drum roller, and the graded base was left level and firm for the driveway surface.
